What you share stays between you and the AI

When you run a simulation, you describe real situations — colleagues, conversations, tensions. That content is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train AI models. It's stored so the product works (so your debrief loads, your history appears), not for any other purpose.

What we store

Your account email, your profile (role, coaching preferences, growth goals), and your simulation history — including transcripts and debriefs. This is what makes the product work across sessions. We use Supabase for storage, hosted on infrastructure with standard security practices.

Who can see your data

You. The founder (Ron Rafalovitch) can access data for debugging and support. No one else. Your simulations are not visible to other users. We don't share data with third parties except what's necessary to run the infrastructure: Supabase (storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI calls), and Lemon Squeezy (billing for paid accounts).

AI calls

Your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses. Anthropic's usage policies apply. We don't send your email, name, or profile information — only the conversation content needed to generate a response.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Crucible transactions. Your payment details are held by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card number or bank details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to billing data. During your free trial, no payment information is collected.

Deleting your data

Want your account and all associated data removed? Email ron@crucibleai.app with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll manually delete your profile, simulation history, and all stored data within 7 days and confirm by reply. There is no automated self-service deletion yet — this is handled personally.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it. No tracking pixels, no ad retargeting, no analytics beyond what Vercel captures at the infrastructure level.

Changes

If something meaningful changes about how we handle data, we'll say so clearly — not bury it in an update to this page. Active subscribers will be notified by email.
